Need after hours or emergency IT support?

Our regular office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone, Monday through Friday, but we also provide after hours support to our current customers.

For after hours technical support

  1. Call the office at 1.586.263.1775. (Email is not monitored after hours.)
  2. Follow the prompts, which will send alerts to our on-call techs.
  3. Leave a message with the nature of the situation so we can get the right person assigned to your support case.

If you think you MAY need our help after hours, when possible, please give us advanced notice so we can be ready for your call.

If your office is located in Metro Detroit Michigan (Macomb, Oakland or Wayne Counties), we can schedule a tech to come on site if needed. Otherwise, we offer remote IT support.
